Maternity sessions are always so special, and I’m always so grateful when I’m invited to document them. I was lucky enough to have this this sweet duo in front of my lens, and it was the best evening! Brennan and Dakota joined me for the most beautiful lakeside maternity session, and it was a DREAM!
A Memorable Lakeside Maternity Session
Mama shared Dakota isn’t too fond of all things messy, dirty, or wet. But you would never know! This sweet girl jumped right in to play in the water and lovvvved every second of it. This particular location is full of soft, white sand- it almost feels like you’re at the beach! When including your toddler in any session, it’s always best to find a location they feel comfortable playing in. Anywhere they can be themselves and have fun naturally is the place to be!
Dakota and Brennan spent their session cuddling together, laughing with one another, and enjoying every moment together. While Dakota may not remember this special moment, I know Brennan definitely will. And, as always, don’t stress about picking the perfect outfit! I have an exclusive client closet filled to the brim with beautiful maternity gowns perfect for absolutely everyone. Brennan decided on this beautiful kimono/dress for her session, and it was GORGEOUS!
